About the role

We are establishing a professional mortgage administration centre in Northern Cyprus, supporting a UK-regulated mortgage brokerage.

This is not a sales role and not an advisory position.
You will provide structured administrative support to UK mortgage y

This role is office-based to ensure data security, system reliability and consistent service levels.

Key responsibilities
• Manage UK mortgage cases from enquiry to completion
• Collect and verify client documentation
• Submit DIPs and mortgage applications under instruction
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and valuers
• Maintain accurate case records on CRM systems
• Send professional, pre-approved email updates to clients
• Follow strict processes, compliance rules and SLAs

This role does not involve:
• Giving mortgage advice
• Recommending products
• Making financial decisions

All regulated activity remains with UK advisers.

What we’re looking for

Essential:
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Professional communication style

Desirable:
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or similar
• Experience in administration, banking, legal or office roles
• Interest in UK financial services

Hospitality or sales-only backgrounds are not suitable for this role.
